Easy, No-Bake Peanut Butter Granola

An easy snack to eat on the go!
  • 1½ cups peanut butter
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 5 cups old fashioned oatmeal
  • a bag of miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Could also use raisins, cranberries, nuts, sunflower seeds or other additions to your preference
  1. Put peanut butter and butter in a large bowl.
  2. Melt in microwave
  3. Add honey and stir
  4. Add oatmeal and stir until everything is coated
  5. Add chocolate chips and/or additional ingredients
  6. Spread on a foil lined, 9x13 cookie sheet.
  7. Refrigerate until it hardens
  8. Can be cut into bars or crumbled
