Easy, No-Bake Peanut Butter Granola

Serves: 32 bars
- 1½ cups peanut butter
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ cup honey
- 5 cups old fashioned oatmeal
- a bag of miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Could also use raisins, cranberries, nuts, sunflower seeds or other additions to your preference
- Put peanut butter and butter in a large bowl.
- Melt in microwave
- Add honey and stir
- Add oatmeal and stir until everything is coated
- Add chocolate chips and/or additional ingredients
- Spread on a foil lined, 9x13 cookie sheet.
- Refrigerate until it hardens
- Can be cut into bars or crumbled
