Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
  • 1 TBSP creamy peanut butter
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • ⅓ cup skim milk
  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 TBSP cocoa powder
  1. Mix all ingrediants in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Can store for two days in the fridge. Serve with a few chocolate chips!
